The Smaller Church Dilemma

Thousands of pastors struggle with finding the time to minister
and the income needed to support themselves.

We offer vocations that enable Pastors and committed laymen
the Time and Contacts in the cummunity to accomplish the ministry
along with the Income to support himself!

A Proven Concept

Evangelical denominations place engineers, doctors, teachers, etc.
into strategic foreign areas to build relationships and nurture church growth.

We believe this concept is needed here in our nation as well.

Intentional Ministry

Giving a minister a business of his own frees him to say, to do and to go when God calls him without the hindrances of an employer. By giving intentional small church pastors (bivocational or church planter) a secular profession, when God calls him to a new field, finding work will not be a major issue.

Some communities do not even have jobs available for pastors.

 Imagine
Working a normal 8 to 5 work week.

Doing visitation at hospitals and nursing homes while building relationships in your community.
Gathering God's resources all in the same 40 hours.

Leaving most evenings free to nurture the family. Sermon preparation or additional studies. Plan for personal time.

As committed Christians, first and foremost is “God comes first”. If we seek His good and perfect will and are good stewards of our time, then, our spouses, our families, finances and other priorities should fall into order. If “God comes first” then ministry is at the heart of everything we do. Every interaction with a client is a chance to be a positive witness. Every “Hello” to a church member or a stranger on the street will have reason. Whether we are ministering to our family, our church family or the community
“God comes first”.
